Carla McMullen

Carla McMullen, age 63 of Blair, passed away October 12, 2026, at her home in rural Blair. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Graveside services will follow in the Blair Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held Friday October 16, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:00PM at Campbell Aman Funeral Home.
Carla was born on December 8, 1962, in Nebraska City, Nebraska the daughter of Gailen and Barbara (Adams) McMullen. Carla graduated from Beatrice Public Schools in 1981 and then attended Southeast Community College in Milford where she obtained a degree in welding and non-destructive testing technology. She worked for several companies before starting her career at OPPD, where she was employed for 22 years before her retirement. On September 9, 2011, she was united in marriage to Dale Berg and the couple made their home in rural Blair with their numerous bulldogs. Carla was a lover of all animals and was always supporting local animal care facilities. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and especially liked attending the activities of her nieces and nephews.
Carla was preceded in death by her father Gailen McMullen.
She is survived by her husband Dale Berg, mother Barbara McMullen, sister Gail (Greg) Mann, sister Tammy (Jon) Weichel, numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation to charities.
